Consistent high quality is maintained through an extremely rigorous process and quality control during extrusion and thermoforming, added to extensive running in and testing of new types of material. In addition to this, our QC laboratory carries out continuous testing of all current production, plus a number of other, more advanced tests, e.g. degree of crystallisation, impact strength, melting point and viscosity.
