Sealing filmFærch Plast enjoys close cooperation with all leading suppliers of sealing film. Therefore we can be sure of always supplying the optimal solution for packaging of every type of foodstuff. When choosing sealing film, you should take into account the following: - Sealing ability: Should the sealing film be pealable, non-pealable or resealable?
- Barrier properties: Should the film be completely airtight or does the food need to breathe?
- Special properties: Should the film be with built-in antifog, pressure/vacuum sealed or are there other requirements?
Absorbers 
Færch Plast supplies trays with absorber pads to keep the product dry during display, thereby ensuring that the product retains its attractiveness for as long as possible. Absorber pads are supplied in colours that match the trays.
Lids
Many trays can be supplied with loose or built-in lids. They are typically made from APET and offer glass clarity. Click here to see which trays are available with lids.
Sealing machines:
We can supply semi-automatic sealing machines for use in shops and central kitchens. We supply:
TraySealerTM3 –The machine is made from stainless steel and weighs 44 kg. TraySealerTM 3 can perform up to 200 sealings per hour and seal at a pressure of approximately 700 N. Welding temperature up to max. 190oC. TraySealerTM 3 is easy to operate, and the foil rolls and sealing settings are quick and easy to change. The maximum tray size is 350 mm x 370 mm.
TraySealerTM4 –The machine is made from stainless steel and weighs 18 kg. TraySealerTM 4 can perform up to 250 sealings per hour and seal at a pressure of approximately 700 N. Welding temperature up to max. 190oC. TraySealerTM 4 is easy to operate, and the foil rolls and sealing settings are quick and easy to change. The maximum tray size is 190 mm x 260 mm.
